1. Fire Rescue personnel member calls 904.877.4750 to get process started.
2. Our 24/7 live operator securely passes along information to our Admin Team.
3. Admin Team links the prospective client with an Elbow Tree Co-Op counselor.
4. Counselor contacts the prospective client within 24 hours of initial point of contact.
5. Counselor schedules the prospective client to meet within 7-10 days of initial contact.
